01. Substations
More than 36 substations established, upgraded or augmented across Karnataka and beyond, for KPTCL, CESCOM, ISRO and private clients. We handle greenfield builds, voltage-class upgrades, transformer augmentation, terminal and transformer bays, control room buildings and all associated civil works.
02. Transmission & Distribution
Single circuit, double circuit and multi-circuit lines on DC towers; LILO arrangements; underground XLPE cabling; and dedicated 11kV feeder networks, including nearly 700 km under the Niranthara Jyothi Yojana continuous power supply scheme.
03. Renewable Energy
The critical last mile of every renewable project: pooling stations, intra-farm lines, evacuation bays and grid interconnection. We have evacuated power for projects from 18MW to 412MW for India's leading IPPs.
04. Industrial Electrification
Four decades of plant electrification across paper, aluminium, mining and nuclear sectors, from captive power plants to complete balance-of-plant electricals, for names like NPCIL, Nuclear Power Corporation, GE Energy, ABB, ITC, Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Seshasayee Paper.
Project Lifecycle
Receipt of PO, site visit, adoption of specifications and preparation of the bill of quantities.
Design inputs, freezing of the technical proposal and finalisation of orders on vendors with commercial inputs.
Stage inspections and QA, delivery of finished goods, site stores and incoming inspection.
Erection and commissioning with continuous project monitoring, reporting and issue clearance.
